Return & Exchange Policy
What is GWB Exchange Policy?
If you have ordered a wrong size, exchange can be eligible if you contact us within 72 hours of delivery of your products.
Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from us.
Products should be returned neat, unworn, with tags and original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product has a sign of wear, odours, stains (glitters, oils, etc ) and no dampness from sweat or otherwise.
Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we will promptly ship your replacement.
Please refer to the sizing chart when placing your order to ensure you receive the correct size.
If we made an error in fulfilment of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. if the incorrect item has been worn, opened, or removed from the package we will not be able to exchange regardless of the error on behalf of GWB.
With limited exceptions when parcels has not been tampered with as originally sent, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a GWB e-gift card. The GWB does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges. GWB Store credit are valid for 6months.
Exchange Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Our exchange process is subject to a 7-day Service Level Agreement (SLA), effective from the date you receive your order. This SLA outlines the steps and timeline required to complete your exchange successfully.
SLA Timeline:
To be eligible for an exchange, all of the following steps must be completed within 7 calendar days:
- Request Notification: You must inform us of your intent to exchange the item.
- Exchange Fee Payment: The £6 exchange fee must be paid in full. We will provide a secure payment link for this purpose.
- Item Return: The item must be shipped back to us.
Policy:
If any of these steps are not completed within the 7-day SLA, your order will no longer qualify for an exchange. In such cases, any exchange fees paid will be refunded to your original payment method.
We encourage you to initiate the exchange process as soon as possible to ensure all requirements are met within the specified timeframe.
